What’s Heart Haus?
Heart Haus is the internal agency and agency of choice for all CVS marketing and advertising. I run multiple teams as ACD for the entire Front Store (retail) portion of the business but also touch several other areas of the business, including Enterprise and Pharmacy.

As COVID-19 restrictions (and summer) came to an end in 2022, CVS was all for getting back. Back to health. Back to school. Back to fall. Whatever our customers needed to master whatever it was they were getting back to, CVS had it all.

Real Lower Prices™
CVS wanted to show customers that we heard them when they said our prices were too high. So we lowered 1,000s of them in Raleigh, NC. No, really.
This omni-channel campaign was a trial run to test the success of a new pricing structure.
The findings are what led to, the now massively popular, Extra Big Deals (up next).

Extra Big Deals
Though successful in Raleigh, Real Lower Prices proved to be challenging to scale at the national level. So, we took what we learned and created Extra Big Deals.
This omni-channel campaign was launched in a matter of weeks and has proven to be one of the most successful sales-drivers in CVS history.

We wanted to inspire customers to rid and replace expired everyday essentials as Daylight Savings approached. From batteries to beauty, CVS is always there to help.

Our marketing partners wanted to highlight new and exciting products at CVS, so we gave them a platform that allowed us to elevate our product offering (literally, in the visual sense) and show customers that they don’t need to go to the department store to find the things they really want.

For Halloween, CVS paired up with FARE to support the Teal Pumpkin Project and kids living with food allergies, intolerance and other conditions.
