For CVS, staying true to authenticity is at the core of the brand. Real life. Real moments. Real people. Why? Because becoming the most trusted name in health starts with earning that trust. But when I was tasked with finding a new way to tell a real, human story for the holidays in a less traditional way, AI became a real topic of conversation. 

That’s when a little nutcracker turned into a big idea.

We created Extra Big Deals (instant savings on everyday essentials in the form of bi-weekly, rotating promotions) to combat the negative price perception that shoppers had associated with CVS.

The extensive amount of creative assets we produced helped it become one of the most (if not the most) successful offerings contributing to front store sales.
